30-Day Returns

If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us at returns@vaulttcg.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return.
2. We'll send you a return label and instructions.
3. Ship the item back to us using the provided label.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5 working days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
